Shipping policy

Order Processing
All items are made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and processing before your order is shipped. During periods of high demand or supplier delays, processing may take up to 6–8 weeks.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier and your location.

Tracking Information
Tracking details will be sent to the email provided at checkout once your order has been packaged and shipped. Tracking is not available during the production stage.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
